Whether you join me for a 1-2-1 session, attend one of my classes or book a retreat, I'm here to support you. My teaching style is gentle yet sometimes challenging, but always with a focus to help you achieve your personal goals - whether that is improving poses, enhancing flexibility, building strength, releasing stress, or connecting with yourself to recover and restore. Through practicing yoga poses, breathing techniques and deep relaxation, you'll quickly feel the positives effects on your body, mind, and heart.

About Me
It's nearly a decade that I started teaching yoga, with many more years of personal practice before. Throughout this time, I've had the privilege of teaching in various settings, including yoga studios, fitness centers, community halls, schools, corporate wellness events, and retreats. I studied with leading teachers and experts in their field, and hold qualifications in Teaching Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Trauma-sensitive Restorative Yoga.
Prior to training as a yoga teacher, I spent over ten years in public relations. Later in life I trained as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and then as a Yoga Teacher. I discovered yoga during my pregnancy when someone recommended me to "try yoga" 😊 This turned out to be invaluable advice. Since then, yoga has been my anchor, keeping me grounded, healthy, and active throughout life's ups and downs. When I'm not practicing yoga, you can find me curled up with a book or out and about walking, cycling, or cross-country skiing.
