Why wait? Begin overcoming stress and anxiety today. Feel less overwhelmed and more confident in just two weeks through the power of yoga.
In this course, you will explore the wonderful benefits of brief, stress-relieving yoga sessions while gaining a solid foundation in stress management techniques. You'll receive access to private YouTube videos, relaxation recordings, and a detailed, printable guide which all complement each other. If you are seeking a structured and practical way to manage stress, this course could be exactly what you need.
"I just wanted to say how much I am enjoying the programme. I chose to do it to help me through a difficult time, and I will continue to start each day with the yoga practices. These bite size sessions are so much more rewarding than the somewhat dutiful long sessions I had been doing maybe once a week."
"The combination of stress-releasing yoga and theory is fantastic. The course has made a big difference to how I feel."

About Me
It's nearly a decade that I started teaching yoga, with many more years of personal practice. Throughout this time, I've had the privilege of teaching in various settings, including yoga studios, fitness centers, community halls, schools, corporate wellness events, and retreats. I studied with leading teachers and experts in their field, and hold qualifications in Teaching Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Trauma-sensitive Yoga.
Prior to training as a yoga teacher, I spent over ten years in public relations. Later in life I trained as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and then as a Yoga Teacher. I discovered yoga during my pregnancy when someone recommended me to "try yoga". This turned out to be invaluable advice. Since then, yoga has been my anchor, keeping me grounded, healthy, and active throughout life's ups and downs.
My motto is "move – breathe – relax" because it summarized beautifully the key elements of yoga for wellbeing. My teaching style is gentle yet sometimes challenging, and always with a focus on supporting you achieve your personal goals - whether that is releasing tension, enhancing flexibility, building strength, or navigating tough times. When I'm not practicing yoga, you can find me curled up with a book or out and about walking, cycling, or cross-country skiing.
